Wash your Mena underwear as soon as you purchase it to activate the hemp fibres

After use, rince with cold water until the water becomes clear

Hand or machine wash at 30 degrees (do not use soap that could damage the hemp, including bleach, fabric softener, and black soap).

Air-dry, do not use tumble drier, dryer, radiator, or full sun exposure to preserve the absorbant capacities

Every 6 months (or whenever your panties absorb less well), we recommend you to detox your Mena underwear :

Put your panties in 5L of very hot water + 2 table spoons for baking soda

Soak for a few hours or overnight

Repeat the same normal washing process outlined above

The underwear’s lifespan is around 3 to 5 years depending on use and maintenance.
